Necessary website storage

We keep your choice on this device for up to 180 days. Dismissing the install suggestion is remembered for 30 days. The installed app can keep a small public offline recovery page, its styling, script and clinic icon. These do not include enquiry entries.

Optional analytics

If you allow it, Google receives connection information and browser/session identifiers, and may set Analytics cookies for up to 180 days; some expiry periods renew with activity. We use broad page and public-action categories, without full page addresses, search words or enquiry details. The tag stays out of enquiry pages and documents containing a draft. Advertising features remain off. Withdrawing permission clears accessible Analytics cookies and refreshes a page that loaded the tag; information already sent cannot be recalled.

Optional Google map

The map stays off until you select Show Google map on Contact. When loaded, Google receives connection information such as your IP address and may use cookies. Removing the map does not remove cookies Google may already have set.

Optional TrustedSite security badge

TrustedSite receives connection information, including your IP address and browser details, to display its certification and count visits. It stores a visit marker in a cookie and local storage for 24 hours, plus a five-minute badge-display cookie. The badge stays off on the enquiry page and hides when it could cover a control. Its free plan limits when it appears.

Verification opens TrustedSite’s separate website, which has its own privacy choices. Withdrawing badge permission clears its known local markers and refreshes a page that loaded it; information already received cannot be recalled.
